Craps & Punishment
No nonsense gambling stories here. Don't know how to play craps, or just looking for entertainment? Then this book is not for you.
So expert you can shoot dice in your sleep, but have no idea about the cash flow? This is the wake up call you can't afford to miss.
The only line we are interested in here is the bottom line.
Nick the Greek was right about how to win at craps – gambling the 'wrong' way on Don't Pass & Don't Come. Only he didn't know why. Through cash flow analysis now we do.
To make the most what you’ll learn from this study all you have to ask yourself is one simple question. “Would I rather take the casino’s money in advance? (There is a 62% chance you can). Or pay out first and rest my future with Lady Luck hoping for a hot hand?”
A few excerpts:
The house likes to get your money on the table while you look for wins, not the other way round, and mass psychology favoring the Pass/Come bet suits them perfectly. But the house is not after 1.4% of the turnover of your game. It’s after 100% of your bankroll.
Resulting in billions of dollars profit for casino shareholders over the past sixty years, proving the casino knows what it's doing..
By definition the house percentage exists on the ‘craps’ game. It does not exist on the ‘free’ odds game. Logic would tell you then that the 'odds' game is the one to play, NOT craps! But to understand what is really going on in THAT game you have to see it in another way. This book will show you how.
The Rules make casino craps the game it is, and like roulette (this time) it is a self-regulating game, i.e., there is a disadvantage working against the player on every event. Except in the case of the Don’t Pass/Don’t Come game, when the disadvantage occurs uniquely on the Come Out roll. And you can take your bets off at any time! THIS has to tell you something. If the casino gives you something it is ALWAYS to their advantage! So leaving the bet on has to be to yours!
Most of your total turnover wins in Don't Pass/Don't Come come within 6 rolls, so you are truly playing with the casino’s money before you lose on long rolls. Meaning you have a real choice more often to walk out with the casino’s money, because you show profits more frequently.
