Terms and Conditions

This promotion (this 'Promotion') is brought to you by Jackpot City.com Online Casino and Bingo (the 'Casino') and is only open to persons entering the '$20,000 Give-Away' competition (an 'Entrant') during the promotional period.
Every Entrant shall receive one entry into the Grand Prize Draw
The Grand Prize is $20,000 USD. (the 'Grand Prize')
The Promotional Period (the 'Promotional Period') is 1 February 2008 to 12 midnight GMT 31 May 2008
The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 1 June 2008 (the 'Grand Prize Draw')
The Grand Prize winner (the 'Designated Winner') will be notified via e-mail that he/ she has won the Grand Prize and the Grand Prize will be made available to the Designated Winner on the Monday following the end of the Promotional Period.
Once the Grand Prize has been made available to the Designated Winner he or she will have a period of 1 month from the date of award of the Grand Prize to claim the Grand Prize, failing which he/ she will forfeit any right to the same.
Casino management's determination of the Designated Winner shall be final and binding on all Entrants and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.
The Designated Winner hereby agrees that his/ her first names may be used in any publicity material by the Casino. The Designated Winner also agrees that models may be used to represent him/ her in any publicity material by the Casino.
Employees of the Casino, its proprietor and agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
The standard terms and conditions of the Casino apply to this Promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the Casino's standard terms and conditions, these Promotion specific terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other instances these Promotion specific terms and conditions are complimentary and additional to the Casino's standard terms and conditions.
In entering this Promotion you hereby consent to personal information about you being shared amongst the members of the group of casinos of which the Casino is a member.

The Prize is non- transferable.
